Project description

We used the regular radiator heating system provided by the business center as air conditioning. For finer adjustment of the climatic parameters of the premises, fan coil units were provided with smooth adjustment of the supply of cold or heat depending on the season.

An interesting feature of the water supply system is the anti-flooding function, which makes it possible to avoid emergency situations.

The lighting system is implemented on the lighting equipment of TM YASA. YSA lighting equipment is made exclusively from components of leading brands and has a significant reserve of power and functionality. Luminaires have a high resource and the ability to control the intensity of lighting when changing the purpose of the premises during operation.

Also, for the comfortable work of the staff and efficient operation of the office, a complex of low-voltage systems with high-quality access to the Internet, a sound system and access control to the premises was provided.
