Project description

Cosmopolitan shopping center. Modernization of the heating, ventilation and air conditioning system. Short project report from Advansys engineers:

Ventilation
Supply and exhaust units with compressor-condenser units are installed, provide efficient preheating and pre-cooling of supply air.
Also, ventilation units are equipped with highly efficient rotary heat exchangers, which can reach up to 90% efficiency.
The ventilation system is controlled by automation controllers, which allow to balance the operation of the entire system as much as possible.

Conditioning
A multisonal VRF system with channel internals is installed. This system is used as the main source of heat and cold supply of rented premises and provides uniform temperature conditions. In addition, the system operates with a high conversion factor of electrical energy to thermal energy, which significantly reduces operating costs.
This solution is one of the most efficient in the conditions of existing limitations on the allocation of electrical capacity during reconstruction.
