The complex consists of a dozen buildings that have been restored.

Classical style buildings require original engineering solutions, the implementation of which should take into account the specifics of the object. Advansys performed the design and installation of the ventilation and air conditioning system.

Project description

The facility has a ventilation system implemented on compact Aerostar SlimStar ventilation units with a recovery function. The equipment is installed on each individual floor, above the suspended ceiling. Despite its compact size, the performance of the equipment fully meets all the necessary conditions and standards.

Air conditioning is implemented on the basis of the Haier VRF system. The system has been tested by time and operation at objects of various levels of complexity.

Today, the system functions properly and provides comfortable conditions for all employees.
