Space4 is the first innovative business center built according to the international standards and the only one with Class A offices in Rivne. Space4 is part of a 5.5-hectare complex development that includes residential areas and infrastructure facilities. The business center has a offices equipped with Open Space technology, designed for IT companies, head-offices, presentation area in the glass atrium, Sport Life Fitness Club (VIP format) with a spa area and a 25-meter pool, 24-hour concierge service, food court, shopping areas to provide full infrastructure and comfort for office tenants, recreation areas and a large parking lot. The facility has been commissioned.

Advansys has completed a project to implement an integrated engineering infrastructure of the Space4 business center, in compliance with international standards. The total area of​ work was more than 5,000 square meters. Beginning – April 2021, completion – June 2022. The facility meets high standards of energy efficiency. Located at: Barmaky village, Rivne district, Ukraine.
