The new ULTRAMARKET chain includes stores with themed design and concepts of Health, Craft, Farm, Local. “ULTRA means“ more than ”and metaphorically demonstrates the dynamics and diversity of the assortment. When creating the thematic design of the first store, the ULTRAMARKET team used a mixed style. There are no typical and visually identical departments in the trading floor, all zones differ in style, materials and even sign fonts, but are connected by a single idea with an emphasis on environmental friendliness and craft. The supermarket opened on May 20 in the San Francisco Creative House by SAGA Development residential complex at 67 Peremogy Avenue in the Svyatoshinsky district of Kiev near the Nyvky metro station.

Project description

Advansys employees developed and implemented a unique project using a range of engineering solutions. To implement this project, company specialists from various industries were involved. Specialists in the MEP Design direction performed work on the design of engineering networks – heating, heat supply, ventilation, air conditioning, smoke removal, automation, and the company’s specialists in the Engineering direction implemented installation and commissioning work.

Ventilation
Plenum-exhaust units with compressor-condenser units are installed, providing efficient overheating and supercooling of supply air. Also, ventilation plants are equipped with high-efficiency rotary recuperators, which can achieve up to 90% efficiency. Control of the ventilation system is carried out using automation controllers, which allow you to balance the entire system as much as possible.

Conditioning
A multisonal VRF system with cassette internals has been installed. This system is used as the main source of heat and cold supply of rented premises and provides uniform temperature conditions in the premises. In addition, the system operates with a high coefficient of conversion of electrical energy to thermal energy, which significantly reduces operating costs.

In the conditions of existing limitations on the allocated electric capacity during reconstruction, this technical solution is one of the most effective. An efficient project with Advansys will allow the customer to save up to 80% on energy resources. The payback period of additional investments does not exceed 3 years.
