Project description

Advansys has completed the project of reconstruction of the Soft Packaging Factory with an increase in production capacity. The total area of ​​the second phase of the facility was more than 3,000 m2. Several departments of the company took part in the implementation.

MEP specialists designed engineering networks and solutions – external electrical networks, electrical solutions, lightning protection, indoor and outdoor water, sewerage, heating, ventilation and air conditioning, structured cable network, video surveillance, automation solutions for ventilation systems, compressed air systems for technological needs, thermomechanical solutions of a boiler room, individual thermal point.

Certified project managers of the Engineering Department accompanied the complex management of the construction project: installation and commissioning, implementation of effective solutions:

• Introduced a full range of internal and external engineering (20% savings on capital expenditures);
• Heat utilization from process equipment (30% savings on heating in winter)
• Boiler room optimization (required boiler power reduced by 1/3).

All work is completed on time. The term of execution was 8 months.
