1. Deadline

The deadline for Applications is:

Saturday, 20 October 2007 (mailed on or before this date) - for Applications sent to the Competition postal address:

2. Documents

The completed Application Form must be submitted together with the following additional documents:

  • a photocopy of the appropriate page(s) of Candidate’s passport certifying his/her age
  • copies of all diplomas of musical education, for current students - a letter from the college showing that the Candidate is a student;
  • curriculum vitae (handwritten not accepted);
  • two recent publicity photographs for publicity purposes;
  • copies of any competition diplomas if available.

For the postal applications, it is recommended to send all the documents in electronic format (e.g. on a CD-ROM). For photographs the minimum resolution must be 1600 õ 1200 (or  not smaller than  9 x 12 cm if a traditional printout is sent)

All the Additional Documents should be submitted via email to office@competition.com.ua indicating Candidate’s name and discipline in the message subject.


 

3. Confirmation

After receipt of all the necessary documents, and no later than Thursday 8 December, the Competition will notify the Candidates if they are accepted, and such a notification will be sent by email or post if an email address was not entered in the Application Form. All the Competitors will be sent an official invitation if they require a visa for Ukraine.

 
 

4. Liability

The Competition is not held responsible for any loss of the application documents if sent by post.
